Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related area
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, technology management, or database administration
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and maintaining manufacturing server infrastructure such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Thin Clients, and UPS systems
- Proven ability to adhere to safety guidelines (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while ensuring compliance with IT standards
Responsibilities
- Lead all integration activities for manufacturing systems and oversee capital projects from initial concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with Global IT and Plant Systems guidelines
- Plan and execute upgrades for manufacturing servers, databases, and hardware including Thin Clients, SQL Servers, and UPS systems to ensure high operational reliability
- Manage and implement necessary upgrades to critical manufacturing applications such as MES, SQL, Thinmanager, Server Operating Systems, and Wonderware Applications
- Configure and oversee industrial digital protocols using PLCs and automation systems while creating real-time KPI dashboards with tools like SQL Reporting Services or Domo
- Implement Global IT Cybersecurity initiatives and ensure site-level compliance to safeguard our operational technology environment
- Promote a culture of data accuracy across all manufacturing applications, including ERP (SAP) interactions and SQL data exchanges
- Collaborate with Global IT and Regional teams to implement policy updates, ensuring agility and alignment with corporate strategies
- Model safety (EHS) and quality (GMP/Food Safety) while exemplifying Leadership Principles to empower team members and cultivate a nimble, courageous setting
