Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems support
- Proven experience with SAP is mandatory
- Strong preference for candidates with EDI troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with the transportation or logistics sector is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1–2 IT support for office and operational personnel
- Assist with and troubleshoot SAP applications
- Monitor and resolve EDI transaction and integration challenges
- Provide support for transportation systems, including McLeod Software (TMS), as well as dispatch and fleet technologies
- Oversee user access management, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers
