Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification required
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification required
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts and requirements development for high-priority AI and digital projects
- Define user-centered requirements to enhance operational efficiency and team support
- Develop standardized metrics and clear data sources for evaluating AI readiness
- Identify and address gaps in data, processes, and workflows to increase visibility into technology readiness
- Create structured learning pathways for AI initiatives to ensure usability and accessibility
- Translate complex data and technical information into actionable business requirements
- Produce data impact analysis reports and compelling presentations for executive stakeholders
- Contribute to initiatives that emphasize collaboration and measurable outcomes
