Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience supporting Windows Server 2008–2022 environments
- Proficiency with Hyper-V, hybrid data centers, failover clustering, migrations, and patching
- Required experience in Azure administration
- Understanding of PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS cloud models
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or cloud-native architecture is preferred
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, or CI/CD tools is advantageous
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or C# is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud and hosted infrastructure platforms
- Manage and enhance environments consisting of roughly 1,800 physical and virtual servers
- Implement cloud solutions tailored to business requirements
- Ensure security, compliance, and operational reliability across all systems
- Integrate cloud services with on-premise infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution for incidents
- Support the provisioning and monitoring of print servers
- Suggest upgrades to infrastructure and process enhancements
- Collaborate with various IT teams on projects and enterprise initiatives
- Participate in a 24/7 server on-call rotation
