ERP Cloud Product Owner/Director

- Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects), OCI, and OIC, ensuring prioritization of outcomes, usability, and compliance - Serve as the sole owner of application capabilities: articulate vision, create epics/user stories, maintain backlog, and conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Oversee quarterly release planning and change management processes across SaaS and PaaS; ensure thorough regression testing and business approvals - Drive integration architecture standards on OIC; collaborate with vendors and internal teams to transition from file-based processes to event/API-driven workflows - Ensure production stability by managing incident triage and service level agreements; lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with offshore/onshore partners - Advocate for data quality and control processes related to month-end procedures, coordinating activities with Accounting and Data Services - Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Hotels to gather requirements, map processes, and implement iterative enhancements - Manage vendor partnerships and statements of work; oversee budgets and value realization from implementations, upgrades, and support efforts - Establish governance standards, documentation, security protocols, access reviews, and lifecycle management across development, testing, and production environments - Mentor business and partner resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery - Lead the experimentation and implementation of AI Agents on Oracle Cloud to automate finance and operational tasks - Develop agent tooling by making OIC integrations and ERP services accessible to agents; delineate safety protocols, observability, and fallback measures for automation - Evaluate the impact of agents, such as touchless invoices and automated reconciliations, while driving ongoing improvements in alignment with Highgates AI policies
