Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or relevant ERP certifications with equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise applications or product management; at least 4 years focusing on Oracle ERP Cloud and OIC/OCI
- Proficiency with ERP configurations, role/security design, FRS/OTBI/BI reporting, and integration patterns
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, crafting user stories, and managing product backlogs
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Finance and Operations, with strong stakeholder relations
- Knowledge in audit/compliance (SOX), change management, testing, and release management
- Experienced in vendor and SOW management; adept at leading both offshore and onshore teams while ensuring SLA compliance
- Demonstrated expertise in leading global multi-country, multi-entity rollouts of Oracle ERP Cloud, managing phased deployments and regional cutovers
- Familiarity with building or utilizing AI agents in Oracle Cloud to enhance ERP processes
- Experience in designing complex business unit configurations, including data access sets, security roles, hierarchies, approvals, and cross-entity reporting
- Skilled in Chart of Accounts redesign/migrations in line with global reporting standards, including multi-ledger and multi-currency considerations
- Ability to coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure release readiness across different time zones, including business approvals and regression testing
Responsibilities
- Direct the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects), OCI, and OIC, focusing on outcomes, usability, performance, and compliance
- Serve as the primary owner for application capabilities; outline vision, write epics/user stories, manage backlog, conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and evaluate impact through KPIs
- Lead quarterly release planning and change management for SaaS and PaaS; guarantee regression testing, business approvals, and production readiness
- Drive integration architecture and standards on OIC (APIs, adapters, patterns, monitoring); collaborate with vendors and internal teams to update file-based loads to event/API-driven methodologies
- Ensure production stability by handling incidents, managing SLAs, and leading root-cause analysis with both offshore and onshore teams; implement observability, error management, and proactive monitoring
- Advocate for data quality and control design for month-end processes; work alongside Accounting and Data Services on close calendars, reconciliations, and audit readiness (SOX)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Hotels) to gather requirements, map end-to-end processes, and deliver iterative improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and SOWs; monitor budgets and ensure value realization from implementations, upgrades, and support activities
- Establish governance frameworks including standards, documentation, security roles, access reviews, and lifecycle management across environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Mentor business and partner resources, fostering a culture centered on continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery
- Lead experiments and deployment of AI agents on Oracle Cloud to automate financial and operational workflows
- Develop and productize agent tooling by making OIC integrations and ERP services accessible to agents; define guardrails, monitoring, and fallback procedures for safe automation
- Assess agent performance and impact while striving for continuous enhancements, aligning with Highgates AI policies and risk controls
