Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or relevant ERP certifications and equivalent experience - Over 8 years of experience in enterprise applications or product management; at least 4 years with Oracle ERP Cloud and OIC/OCI - Proficient in ERP configurations, security design, FRS/OTBI/BI reporting, and integration patterns - Familiar with Agile methodologies, including running ceremonies, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with Finance and Operations, showcasing strong stakeholder engagement - Experience in audit/compliance (SOX), change management, testing, and release management - Ability to manage vendor relationships and SOWs; effective in leading offshore and onshore teams to meet SLA targets - Skilled in overseeing multi-country, multi-entity global rollouts of Oracle ERP Cloud, including phased deployments and regional transitions - Knowledge in building or utilizing AI agents within Oracle Cloud to enhance ERP workflows - Experience in designing complex BU configurations, managing data access sets, security roles, hierarchies, approvals, and cross-entity reporting - Expertise in redesigning and migrating the Chart of Accounts (COA) to meet global reporting standards along with understanding multi-ledger and multi-currency environments - Ability to coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness across various time zones, ensuring business approvals and regression checks.

Responsibilities

- Define and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud, OCI, and OIC, focusing on usability, performance, and compliance - Serve as the primary owner for application capabilities: set the vision, write epics/user stories, manage the backlog, and conduct sprint evaluations and retrospectives while assessing impact using KPIs - Manage quarterly release planning and lead change management initiatives across SaaS and PaaS, ensuring thorough regression testing and business approval for production readiness - Direct integration architecture and establish standards on OIC, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to modernize data flows - Ensure production stability by addressing incidents, managing SLAs, and conducting root-cause analyses with offshore and onshore teams; integrate observability and proactive monitoring - Advocate for data quality and control design for monthly closing processes, coordinating with Accounting and Data Services for reconciliations and audit preparation - Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Hotels to gather requirements, create end-to-end workflows, and implement iterative improvements - Oversee vendor relations and SOWs while monitoring budgets and value realization from implementations and support efforts - Establish governance protocols, including documentation standards, security roles, access reviews, and lifecycle management across environments - Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous enhancement and customer-focused delivery - Lead experimentation and deployment of AI agents within Oracle Cloud to automate finance and operations tasks - Create and commercialize agent tools by leveraging OIC integrations and ERP services; define protocols for safe automation - Assess the impact of agents on processes such as invoicing and reconciliation, continuously driving improvements aligned with Highgates AI governance and risk management policies.
