- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering. - Over 3 years of professional experience in data architecture or in roles supporting enterprise analytics and business intelligence platforms. - Proficiency in large-scale data modeling and architecture, particularly within Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystems, including data warehouses and data lakes. - In-depth knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Data Technologies, including design optimization for Power BI semantic models. - Strong background in architecting ELT/ETL data pipelines and various orchestration techniques, encompassing batch, incremental, and event-driven methods. - Experience in designing analytical semantic models using star and snowflake schemas tailored for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics. - Comprehensive understanding of AI and machine learning, with practical experience in enabling AI-driven analytics and agentic BI, preferably with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry. - Proficient in Python to facilitate architectural design, data transformations, and analytical modeling. - Knowledgeable in data governance, security, and access control frameworks, with an emphasis on data classification and privacy. - Strong cloud architecture capabilities, focusing on scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in Microsoft-based analytics. - Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions. - Detail-oriented and analytical problem solver adept at managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic setting while maintaining architectural integrity. - A proven curiosity and creativity to pioneer the organizations data modernization efforts and establish scalable architecture patterns and best practices.
