Requirements
Must:
- Practical understanding of object-oriented languages and development techniques, preferably C#, .NET framework, and .NET Core
- Working knowledge of relational database development such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with common design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Factory Methods, etc.)
- Exposure to web service development (REST and/or SOAP based)
- Experience in software debugging and integration techniques
- Proficiency with version control tools, such as Git or Mercurial
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Typically requires no previous professional experience
- Ideal experience range for the role is 0-5 years
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or 2 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and coding to user stories, along with exposure to ticket tracking tools like Jira or Zendesk.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, modify, and enhance Higher Logics existing software solutions
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Participate in agile planning and review meetings
- Contribute to peer code reviews and the generation of internal documentation
- Assist Product team members with ongoing planning and design efforts
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with Higher Logics policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
