Requirements

Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate infrastructure buildouts including office renovations and relocations. - More than 5 years of experience in corporate IT and technology support environments, such as helpdesk, AV/IT, or networking. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. - Preferred certifications include PMP, CCNA, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL. - Proficient in project management frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. - Advanced user of web-based planning and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Google Sheets). - Background in business continuity and disaster recovery considerations during infrastructure projects. - Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools. - Strong support for Apple products, iOS, and Google Workspace. - Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a knack for in-depth research to resolve technical challenges. - Keen attention to detail in documentation, tracking, and reporting. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects efficiently. - Commitment to improving processes while adhering to established policies. - Proactive and dedicated approach with a strong sense of responsibility. - Passion for fostering excellent experiences for clients and stakeholders. - Team-oriented and collaborative with a focus on collective success. - Resilient and adaptable in the face of challenges and shifting priorities. - Skillful in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Alignment with our core values: Helpful, Intuitive, Friendly, Thorough, Efficient, Curious, and Humble. - Trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data.

Responsibilities

- Define project boundaries in collaboration with clients for physical and Wi-Fi networks, AV systems, and special requests. - Conduct thorough physical site assessments to pinpoint installation challenges and ensure hardware solutions are suitable. - Formulate and oversee detailed project cost estimates, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical labor estimates for all phases of deployment. - Analyze architectural drawings and reflected ceiling plans to establish exact locations for data drops and power alleviation. - Incorporate power/data systems into conference room setups for a clean, cable-free appearance. - Foster communication between Network Engineering, AV/IT, and construction teams to ensure optimal placement of technical equipment. - Maintain regular updates with clients and internal teams about project status, schedules, and challenges. - Supervise on-site deployment activities alongside specialist engineers and vendors. - Manage equipment storage, inventory, and logistics to ensure hardware preparedness for project phases. - Supervise third-party contractors to ensure adherence to established physical-layer standards. - Organize schedules and deliverables across multiple vendors to maintain project timelines. - Assess and validate that final infrastructure adheres to established performance, capacity, and reliability standards. - Generate comprehensive reports and technical documentation, including accurate representations of completed work for client handoff and future use. - Develop intuitive how-to guides and quick-reference materials to facilitate end-user operation of new technology.
