Requirements
Must:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning, tracking, and maintaining end-user devices
- Support implementation of global IT policies, system rollouts, updates, and security standards
- Assist with maintenance of core IT infrastructure, including networks, server rooms, and related equipment
- Participate in local and global IT projects in collaboration with central IT teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, assets, and configurations
- Act as a liaison for external IT vendors and coordinate on-site service activities
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
- Experience with Windows environments and user account management (e.g., Active Directory)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

- Serve as the point of contact for external IT vendors and manage on-site service arrangements
