Requirements
Must:
- Fundamental theoretical understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and PLC control systems
- Minimum educational requirement is an associates degree
- Preferred one year of relevant mechanical and electrical experience
- Strong communication skills and a drive to develop long-term relationships with clients and team members
- Familiarity with the automation machinery sector
Responsibilities
- Planning and documenting our ultrasonic welding application development projects
- Providing technical expertise to our clients
- Assisting with training sessions and customer seminars
- Conducting Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing along with training for customer personnel
- Offering technical assistance through phone, email, on-site, and in-house customer visits
- Managing emergency and stand-by services, including the shipping and delivery of spare parts
