Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for frontend development
- Experience with Node.js, REST/API design, and relational database modeling (PostgreSQL) for backend development
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ORM tools (Drizzle, Prisma, or similar)
- Ability to develop mobile-friendly user interfaces suitable for field use (smartphones, tablets, and variable connectivity)
- Experience with Vercel or similar deployment platforms; comfortable with CI/CD processes, environment settings, and log management
- Knowledge of session management, role-based access controls, and secure data practices
- Exceptional written communication skills; capable of professionally managing support inquiries from non-technical clients
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver CRM applications customized for contractor workflows, including lead intake, estimations, job scheduling, crew dispatch, materials management, invoicing, and payment processing
- Create intuitive dashboards for job progress, crew schedules, estimation templates, measurement tools, and photo capture
- Convert contractor business practices into effective, maintainable code
- Integrate essential tools utilized by contractors, such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio (SMS/voice), SendGrid, Google/Apple Maps, DocuSign, and various measurement tools
- Offer technical assistance to current CRM clients, resolving issues, implementing solutions, and responding to queries from both office personnel and crew leaders
- Take ownership of features throughout the entire process: from design and development to deployment and ongoing support
