Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in IT development is required
- Proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with SQL and database tools for executing queries
- Experience using Visual Studio Software
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate existing programs and formulate logic for new systems
- Ability to develop system design documentation and perform coding
- Experience with user training on system enhancements and modifications
- Capability to troubleshoot program errors and provide software upgrades
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, develop, or modify programs for various internal functional areas, including finance, human resources, and marketing
- Analyze existing systems and formulate logic for new applications
- Create documentation for system design, including GUI when necessary, and conduct coding and testing/debugging
- Develop ad hoc integrations or functional enhancements as required
- Prepare and implement conversion and system implementation plans
- Collect and gain approval for system and programming documentation
- Suggest improvements in development, maintenance, and system standards
- Train end-users in the system updates and modifications
- Apply patches and software upgrades to current systems as needed
- Resolve program intent queries, output requirements, and input data acquisition through system capability analysis
- Collaborate closely with functional users to upgrade and maintain programs
