Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (preferably in field or client-facing roles)
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and basic networking
- Capability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Familiarity with automotive dealership systems (DMS, service tools, OEM platforms) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide both onsite and remote assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical concerns, documenting incidents in ServiceNow
- Ensure IT systems are maintained and compliant with corporate policies
- Oversee computer room environments, including cabling, equipment organization, and cleanliness
- Support and manage IT projects such as PC refreshes, IMACs, and new site launches
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment setup and warranty services
- Foster robust relationships with dealership personnel and deliver outstanding customer support
- Educate users on systems, tools, and IT best practices
