Requirements

Must:
I am looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in Office 365 and Mobile Messaging Technologies Support. Experience in Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, and VPN Connectivity Support is also desirable. Candidates with a background in Server Hardware Technologies Support and Workstation/Laptop Hardware and Software Technical Support for 1 to 2 years will be given preference. Relevant certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, MCP, and Apple are also preferred.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to provide first-level technical support for various IT service requests, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Your duties will include offering technical assistance for Microsoft technologies, vendor support for client line of business applications, and hardware support for computers, laptops, printers, access points, and other peripherals. You will also be responsible for supporting backup solutions and disaster recovery, creating and maintaining system documentation, and communicating progress updates to clients about incident resolutions, upcoming changes, and estimated resolution times. Your role will require you to be a team player, share knowledge, and seek assistance from colleagues when necessary. Additionally, you will need to escalate service requests to senior engineers, demonstrate a professional appearance, and provide after-hours support when needed.
