Product Manager - Agile, SaaS

- Lead the S&OP process to formulate and implement procurement plans for active ingredients, inserts, and packaging materials - Execute the established supply plan in alignment with SnOP to support the sales and marketing teams in achieving their budget goals - Negotiate with suppliers, including warehousing, toll manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, trucking companies, and raw material vendors, to secure competitive cost positions while maintaining service levels for strategic objectives - Serve as the main point of contact for the operations team in Asia - Manage the Helms warehousing strategy to enhance product distribution and minimize costs in collaboration with sales directors - Oversee and reconcile physical inventory counts against recorded figures - Monitor inventory levels to optimize purchasing timing and take responsibility for all procurement and reconciliation-related activities - Generate and analyze COGS reports to provide current market projections for marketing, EPA compliance, and other regulatory needs, along with necessary business clarity reports - Develop and maintain an internal ERP system to facilitate information flow and create Power BI dashboards for the sales teams, enhancing efficiency and reconciliation processes - Create, update, and ensure the accuracy of weekly and monthly reports as required - Participate in additional projects as assigned
