Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience with Koerber/HighJump design and development, utilizing Advantage Architect, Advantage Link, and Webwise Page Editor
- At least 4 years of professional experience in implementing or supporting a tier-one Warehouse Management System (WMS) within RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects
- Proven experience in building and/or supporting HighJump integrations with external host or MHE applications
- Demonstrated ability to drive dashboards and reporting solutions using SSRS, with a solid working knowledge of SQL Server. Familiarity with label design software like Bartender and Windows OS administration is a plus
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering. A Masters degree is preferred
- Industry experience in food or cold chain logistics is advantageous. Must be adaptable and willing to accommodate occasional work across various shifts, and travel to different facilities to support projects and platform rollouts
Responsibilities
- Engage in designing and analyzing new WMS integration, feature functions, and reporting requirements in collaboration with business partner organizations such as operations, procurement, quality, automation engineering, and data analytics
- Create solution architecture that aligns with the functional, performance, and user experience requirements for both the core WMS and its associated integrations
- Collaborate with leadership to establish the product development roadmap, prioritize sprint developments, and create the overall release strategy, which includes documentation and delivery of software change control materials
- Work alongside the Fulfillment Technology WMS Services and Support team to manage the implementation of approved code rollouts, including technical configuration and defect management
- Represent the WMS team in cross-functional initiatives and work with the WMS support team to address and resolve escalated software issues and defect tickets
- Assist department leadership with special projects and contribute to team growth by managing and mentoring fellow department members as needed
