Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering, Design, and Management
- Proven expertise in maintaining LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures, as well as Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks and IPv4/IPv6 routing
- Familiarity with enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls such as Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Arista, including site-to-site VPN connections using IPSec and IKE protocols
- Understanding of IT Security and Privacy Principles, and high availability technologies for network layers
- Experience with network monitoring tools like LogicMonitor or similar
- Knowledge of Wireless Heat Mapping using Ekahau or equivalent is advantageous
- Desirable background in Azure, AWS VPC, or similar hosting and virtualization services
- Skills in VMware/Proxmox and Windows Server administration, including hardware maintenance and support
Responsibilities
- Take charge of designing, developing, deploying, and operating the network infrastructure following industry best practices
- Actively contribute as a solutions-focused member of cross-functional agile teams in collaboration with Product Owners and Infrastructure Engineers
- Maintain a deep understanding of HelloFreshs network architecture and offer support and mentorship to team members
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet
- Travel to various operating locations to support local teams, up to 25% of the time
