Sanitation Lead

- Supervise and execute standard sanitation duties to assist the production team and maintain facility cleanliness - Train new team members on standard operating procedures including safety measures, GMP, and SQF guidelines - Guide all staff in adhering to HelloFresh policies and procedures - Aid the production department by sanitizing and preparing for subsequent shifts - Occasionally liaise with other departments such as Quality or Production to collaborate and resolve issues - Provide respectful support and follow directions from supervisors or management with minimal oversight - Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures regarding safety, GMP, and SQF regulations - Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards - Report any food safety sanitation concerns to an immediate supervisor - Conduct routine maintenance on sanitation equipment to ensure proper functionality
