Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology sectors, particularly in B2B2C settings.
- Strong business acumen with a successful history of generating commercial impact, revenue growth, or customer results.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, comfortable with data-driven decision-making, even amidst uncertainty.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to convey product value effectively and unite teams around a common vision.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and achieving results in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- A genuine passion for developing products that enhance peoples health and deliver measurable value at scale.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and opportunity assessment to launch, adoption, and improvement.
- Convert business objectives into product opportunities with defined KPIs and hypotheses.
- Make decisions based on data that optimize business impact while preserving user value.
- Collaborate closely with GTM teams to grasp customer requirements, enhance win rates, and bolster commercial strategies.
- Work together with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to create high-quality products that address significant challenges.
- Perform market and competitive research to guide product strategy and reveal new opportunities.
- Set success metrics, evaluate product performance, and leverage data for prioritization and strategic direction.
- Lead discussions regarding pricing, packaging, and product positioning with cross-functional teams.
- Share product vision, progress, and insights with executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Take initiative in a fast-paced setting—contributing to best practices and shaping a swiftly evolving product organization.
