Requirements
Must:
- Minimum AEC in IT or over 5 years of experience
- 1 year of experience in MSP or 3 years in IT support is a plus
- Interest in learning and growing in a fun environment

- Valid Quebec drivers license (mandatory)
- Available to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments
- Oversee online backups (Acronis)
- Administer on-premise server environments linked to the domain or 100% Cloud environments with AzureAD (Entra)
- Configure and install servers
- Manage intelligent firewalls (WatchGuard, with on-site training)
- Utilize VPN technology for remote and site-to-site connections
- Provide technical support for printers, emails, networks, and other computer-related issues
- Ensure compliance with current security standards
- Provide onsite and phone support to clients
- Contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere within the amazing team
