Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing the performance and operations of the stores retail and commercial sectors
- Lead a team of skilled service and sales professionals in a dynamic environment while fostering a We Can Do That culture
- Drive store sales by meeting overall business performance targets, including sales and productivity objectives
- Sustain the existing customer base by delivering top-tier customer service
- Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful service to all customers, embodying a We Can Do That mindset
- Ensure a safe and clean workspace for the team
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the retail store for customers
- Act as a liaison between technicians and customers through clear communication
- Oversee service center workflow
- Monitor and assess production processes and equipment to guarantee the highest quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
