Requirements
Must:
- Expert or extensive experience with Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX), responsive design, and accessibility principles
- Experience in graphic design (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Analytical approach with the capacity to assess performance data and suggest enhancements
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining open to feedback and guidance
Responsibilities
- Update and manage website content using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections
- Oversee location-specific and program-related pages with structured CMS data
- Create and sustain landing pages, forms, and conversion pathways
- Troubleshoot and modify site functionality as necessary
- Design and refine website experiences that mirror the parent decision-making process from initial visit to enrollment
- Ensure parents can swiftly access crucial information such as program specifics, locations, schedules, grade levels, and next steps
- Streamline navigation and layouts to ease access for busy families
- Optimize web pages for mobile users and parents with diverse technical proficiencies
- Review site pages from a parents perspective, pinpointing any points of confusion or drop-off
- Assist in page design and visual enhancements for both desktop and mobile
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
- Support best practices in accessibility to ensure the site is usable for all families
- Monitor website performance and traffic metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance usability and improve lead conversions
- Conduct tests to ensure the website performs effectively and meets quality standards
- Collaborate on photography, design, and creative projects
- Support storytelling initiatives, including blog posts that showcase the impact of Healthy Kids Programs
- Work alongside program and registration teams to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of the website
