Requirements
Must:
- Expert or extensive experience using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX), responsive design, and accessibility principles
- Background in graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset to review performance data and suggest enhancements
- Capability to work independently while accepting feedback and direction
Responsibilities
- Update and manage website content using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections
- Oversee location- and program-specific pages with structured CMS data
- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and channels for conversion
- Troubleshoot and adjust site functionality as necessary
- Design and sustain website experiences that mirror the parent decision-making journey, from first visit to enrollment
- Ensure parents can promptly find essential information such as program details and enrollment steps
- Simplify navigation and layout to ease the experience for busy families
- Optimize pages for mobile users and parents with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Assess pages from a parents perspective, identifying points of confusion or drop-off
- Assist with page design and visual enhancements across all devices
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Support accessibility best practices to ensure the site is user-friendly for all families
- Monitor website performance and traffic metrics
- Identify avenues to enhance usability and boost lead conversions
- Conduct testing to verify that the site operates correctly and meets quality benchmarks
- Collaborate on photography, design, and other creative initiatives
- Support storytelling projects, including blog posts that highlight the impact of Healthy Kids programs
- Partner with program and registration teams to ensure website accuracy and effectiveness
