Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of Wix, particularly Dynamic Pages and CMS collections.
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX), responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Analytical thinking to assess performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
- Ability to work autonomously while being receptive to feedback and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content utilizing Wix, focusing on Dynamic Pages and CMS collections.
- Manage pages for various locations and programs using structured CMS data.
- Develop and upkeep landing pages, forms, and conversion pathways.
- Troubleshoot site functionality issues as required.
- Design and enhance website experiences that align with the parent decision-making journey, from initial visit to enrollment.
- Ensure parents can easily find crucial information about programs, locations, and schedules.
- Streamline navigation and layout to facilitate ease of use for busy families.
- Optimize site for mobile access and for parents with differing levels of technical skills.
- Assess webpages from a parents perspective to spot areas of confusion or potential drop-offs.
- Assist in the design and visual enhancements of pages for both desktop and mobile.
- Guarantee brand uniformity across all digital platforms.
- Uphold best practices for accessibility to ensure usability for every family.
- Track website performance and analyze traffic data.
- Identify areas for usability improvement and increased lead conversions.
- Conduct testing to ensure website functionality and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate on visual projects, such as photography and design work.
- Contribute to storytelling initiatives through blogs or features showcasing the impact of Healthy Kids Programs.
- Coordinate with program and registration teams to maintain website accuracy and efficiency.
