Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field focused on software development.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in software development, particularly with Python and cloud technologies.
- Proven capability to develop AI-enhanced features and solutions, utilizing technologies like Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience creating HIPAA-compliant solutions on cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD technologies like Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to learning new technologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications leveraging the Azure cloud platform.
- Create and integrate AI models into cloud-based solutions.
- Engage in research and development activities to innovate new methodologies and algorithms in AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI-driven features.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across different application layers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in AI development.
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
