We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Applicants should have relevant work experience tied to the role's summary and responsibilities. Previous experience in technical support or IT in a technical setting is advantageous. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously. Candidates should also have proficient PC skills and a deep understanding of various software applications used in a business context (such as MS Office, Internet, and Exchange/Outlook).
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst/Technical Support Representative, I will develop robust relationships with clients and effectively coordinate work statements and modifications between our in-house programmers, developers, and clients. I will oversee new business implementations and enhancements, facilitate vendor relationships, and support our Sales and Marketing Department. Additionally, I will conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for potential clients as needed. My responsibilities will also include reviewing, testing, and documenting application enhancements, preparing work statements, and leading implementation and training sessions. I will publish training and operational documents for the application and manage all client inquiries through calls and emails, ensuring a prompt response. I will research and troubleshoot technical issues, tracking support matters until resolution. The ideal candidate will quickly learn our products, aid in developing documentation, conduct training, and perform application testing as required. I will also participate in internal projects as assigned, undertake administrative tasks, and regularly update our activity logs.
Description
This role is a full-time, direct hire position based on premises. We are looking for a positive, client-focused individual who can quickly familiarize themselves with our existing applications and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Candidates should have experience generating and maintaining technical documentation, writing, and testing programs independently, all while adhering to deadlines. The pay for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
