Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- 1 year of management experience
- Proficiency in application development platforms and/or languages (e.g., Python, HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, PHCSC, Ruby, C#)
- Familiarity with cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS)
- Experience in DevOps and continuous deployment/integration processes and tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, Jira)
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Tibco, Informatica, CAS)
- Experience with iterative, agile, and scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of API and web service technologies
- Acquaintance with product-specific application architecture
- Expertise in solution architecture
- Ability to connect solutions across various systems
- Knowledge of application domain
- Program and project management skills
- Capability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in prioritization and making trade-off decisions
- Adaptable with a strong ability to manage change
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities, effectively guiding teams and individuals
- Strong analytical thinking and teamwork capabilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of the Call Center Agent capability and Agent AI product
- Engage in strategic planning and tactical operations, defining requirements for both current and future products
- Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of new IT products
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to establish a shared vision and build consensus on priorities and product execution
- Manage a suite of 1-3 projects (products/applications) annually
