Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree and/or have 2 years of experience in a technology support environment.
- I possess proven experience in providing technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- I have a solid understanding of hardware components, peripheral devices, and troubleshooting methods for common desktop issues, with at least 2 years preferred (1 year minimum).
- I am capable of being a self-starter and work independently, while also collaborating effectively in a close-knit team setting.
- I am skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- I demonstrate the ability to analyze, assess, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and operational challenges.
- I have excellent attention to detail and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- I possess strong verbal and written communication abilities, allowing me to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally to various stakeholders.
- I can maintain positive relationships with all external contacts and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- I resolve workstation issues throughout the organization to enhance productivity and minimize system downtime.
- I provide first-level (level 1) support to end users.
- I evaluate various user problems and apply appropriate procedures in diverse situations.
- I consult with IT colleagues and research documentation of previously resolved tickets and other relevant materials to resolve issues promptly, adhering to applicable guidelines and policies.
- I assist in testing and deploying new or modified applications.
- I participate in training and testing for new applications to become proficient in servicing IT Service Desk requests.
- I monitor and respond to security alerts generated by the Security Operations Center (SOC) and logging platforms (e.g., SIEM tools).
- I investigate endpoint-related incidents, including malware infections, unauthorized access attempts, and suspicious user behavior.
- I ensure endpoint compliance with security policies, including managing patches and antivirus updates.
- I assist with special projects and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

With a talented team of over 50 employees, we strive to deliver exceptional, accurate, and efficient service to patients, physicians, and nurse anesthetists. Our operations are based in Plymouth, Minnesota, where we support anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists practicing in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers across Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, Iowa, Alaska, and California.
