Requirements
Must:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on both strategic and detailed aspects
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, ideally version 9.x
- Minimum of 5 years in Application Analysis, Design, Software Development, and implementation
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft administrative skills, including configuration of Web Server domains and Application Server domains
- Proficiency in managing Process Schedulers, applying patches, and performing migrations using Change Assistant server and PUM servers
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain application engine programs, SQR programs, and interfaces within the PeopleSoft HCM suite (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation & Performance, Employee Self-Service & Portal, BI Reporting & Public Queries)
- Collaborate closely with the team to evaluate business requirements and determine/implement effective solutions
- Develop conceptual design documentation, engage in technical design, and code to build necessary interfaces, reports, and custom programs
- Provide support to the functional team throughout the process
