Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in data visualization software, particularly Tableau and Power BI for crafting insightful dashboards.
- Strong grasp of Agile project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities with experience in SQL, R, Python, and VBA scripting.
- Familiarity with database systems including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, along with related design principles.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms like Visio for process modeling.
- Experience employing Business Analysis techniques for effective requirements gathering.
- Capability to manage large datasets utilizing SQL queries and database management tools.
- Familiarity with Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills emphasizing problem-solving and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and articulate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews of existing processes.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to illustrate key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using Agile techniques to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of project solutions.
- Perform data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and various analytics tools to discern trends, patterns, and insights that aid business goals.
- Design and enhance databases with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, applying database design principles to maintain data integrity and efficiency.
- Support the overarching Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Construct process diagrams and documentation using Visio to promote a clear understanding of workflows and system architecture.
- Assist in project management tasks such as planning, tracking progress, and risk assessment.
- Develop scripts or automation solutions using VBA or Bash (Unix shell) to optimize data processing activities.
