Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service position
- Bilingual in French and English
- Previous experience in a technical capacity, preferably within the pool sector
- Strong technical skills and eagerness to learn
- Proven ability to manage challenging situations and difficult customers
- Excellent prioritization and problem-solving judgment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on all product lines to assist dealers, consumers, and service providers
- Assess and process warranty requests in alignment with warranty guidelines
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, and fax
- Document and maintain service incidents in our technical service database
- Perform product troubleshooting
- Enter orders for replacement parts related to warranty cases in the service case system
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge across all product lines through formal training and self-study
- Attend industry trade shows and training seminars when required
- Support training, projects, or administrative tasks during the off-season
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
