Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will manage computer systems and networks to guarantee optimal performance. Additionally, you will assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures. Collaborating with team members to enhance our IT services will be a key part of your role. You will also monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary, provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters, and ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
