Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Development role
- Proficiency in software development, system analysis, or design
- Background in Healthcare Programs (such as Medicaid)
- Experience with SQL, Data Warehouse, OLAP, OLTP, and ETL processes
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Business Process Modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding high quality standards
- Experience in defining business issues, collecting and documenting requirements, and developing suitable solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design various computer functions, programs, and applications
- Collaborate on defining technology solutions aimed at enhancing business decision-making and resolving complex, multidisciplinary issues
- Create comprehensive flowcharts using MS Visio to illustrate and convey process workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights for precise documentation
- Support project teams during the implementation of technology solutions
- Manage several tasks at once, ensuring all documentation is consistently updated and aligned with project timelines
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, documenting business and IT details in accordance with established processes
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs
- Suggest new technology solutions and improvements to existing strategies and standards
- Identify and recommend enhancements to processes
- Ensure compliance with necessary policies, rules, and regulations
- Anticipate potential implementation challenges and develop/execute mitigation strategies while monitoring progress
