Requirements
Must:
- Experience at a top law firm or within an in-house legal team; experience in innovation, legal operations, or consulting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the legal technology landscape as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups.
- Product-oriented with a strong curiosity for technology. While coding skills are not necessary, comfort in discussing generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise implementation is expected.
- Clear and confident communication skills across various roles including partners, associates, engineers, project managers, CIOs, and legal operations.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to quality and user experience with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Enthusiasm for creating innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with leading global law firms and businesses, identifying challenges, recognizing high-value opportunities, and facilitating Harveys integration into their workflows.
- Partner with the go-to-market team to design and execute pilots and full-scale deployments: including discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, revisions, and company-wide implementation.
- Work in conjunction with innovation leaders, legal operations, and practice groups, alongside the Customer Success team, to ensure the platform is seamlessly incorporated into daily legal tasks.
- Convert user feedback into actionable product insights to shape the development roadmap.
- Assist clients in assessing the business impact of AI on improving workflows, especially in practices like M&A, litigation, regulation, and transactions.
- Influence the legal fields evolution towards AI, playing a crucial role in defining the future operational model of law.
