Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, along with either 5 years of relevant experience or 7 years of practical experience in a similar role. Applicants should have substantial experience in developing .NET Framework applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET, jQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap, as well as working with .NET Core applications using Blazor Server, C#, Dapper, JavaScript, and CSS. Proficiency in SQL Server with T-SQL is also essential. While not mandatory, familiarity with WCAG remediation and database conversions from one product to another can be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will be an integral member of our team of three programmers, contributing to both the front-end and back-end of our software solutions, EA_*Pro*_360® and myEAPconnect™ Client Portal, utilized by over 110 Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) across the United States. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and receive software development direction from the Lead Programmer. Your specific duties will include:
1. Developing and maintaining the functionality of .NET Framework applications and .NET Core applications.
2. Managing the codebase utilizing Git, including branching, merging, resolving merge conflicts, and collaborating with team members through pull requests.
3. Creating and maintaining internal RESTful APIs.
4. Planning and programming custom features for existing and new clients.
5. Providing support and troubleshooting coding issues as they arise.
6. Supporting the creation of reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) as needed.
7. Assisting with software installation through phone or Zoom sessions.
