Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of three (3) years of IT support experience, ideally in a financial institution or highly regulated environment. - Some college coursework in Information Technology or Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience. - CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certifications are highly preferred. - Familiarity with Core Banking Systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure administration. - Knowledge of endpoint security and encryption technologies, along with experience in supporting Dell systems and enterprise hardware. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical personnel. - Patience, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive member information. - A friendly disposition and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, members, and business partners. - A strong commitment to protecting sensitive member and Credit Union data and making informed, professional choices based on policies and regulations. - Dependable and punctual work ethic. - Ability to sit for extended periods and lift IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

- Act as the main contact for internal staff regarding issues with hardware, software, network, and Core Banking Systems. - Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP systems, and peripheral equipment such as check scanners and receipt printers. - Conduct regular daily processing and monitoring of online subsystems and system notifications. - Monitor and support ATM terminals and related systems on a daily basis. - Serve as the principal liaison with vendors and service providers for ATM systems. - Provide technical support for Shared Branching data processing issues. - Assist with software and equipment upgrades, including immediate hardware support. - Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments, overseeing user accounts, group policies, and permissions. - Supervise and manage endpoint protection tools, such as antivirus, EDR, and automated patch management systems. - Help identify and resolve vulnerabilities discovered during regular security scans. - Implement identity and access management controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and quarterly user access reviews. - Review security logs to identify anomalies and work with the Incident Response Team during security events, ensuring proper documentation is maintained. - Keep comprehensive records of system changes, hardware inventories, and software licenses for compliance and auditing. - Ensure all IT activities comply with GLBA requirements and our Credit Unions Information Security Program. - Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity testing and serve as a key member of the Business Continuity team. - Assist in the implementation of core product, network, and system projects. - Liaise with facilities management concerning building maintenance, vendor access, and technology-related infrastructural needs. - Create instructional documentation for staff to help minimize recurring support requests. - Assist the IT Director or VP of Administrative Services with various assignments.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $27.00 to $31.00 per hour and a range of benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
