- A minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, with at least 1 year focusing on Zoho One or similar cloud-based business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, Zendesk).
- Strong technical skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities, enabling you to facilitate digital transformations while concurrently managing day-to-day platform operations.
- Capability to prioritize tasks, create clear action plans, and provide recommendations based on business needs.
#### Nice-to-Have:
- Certifications related to Zoho (e.g., Zoho Creator Certified Developer, Zoho CRM Administrator).
- Experience in utilizing data migration tools or processes (e.g., Zoho Zwitch, CSV imports).
- Familiarity with Zia AI, workflow automation, or basic scripting Knowledge (e.g., Deluge).
- Understanding of business processes pertaining to CRM, marketing, finance, or HR systems.
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices for cloud-based platforms.
- Proven track record in configuring and supporting Zoho applications or similar SaaS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address technical and user-related issues.
- Excellent communication and training capabilities to engage diverse teams.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the organization-wide transition to Zoho One, covering:
- Customer relationship management (Zoho CRM)
- Customer support (Zoho Desk)
- Marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns)
- Document storage and sharing (Zoho WorkDrive)
- Financial management and payroll (Zoho Books)
- HR processes (Zoho People)
- Electronic signatures (Zoho Sign)
- Collaboration tools (Zoho Cliq, Zoho Meeting)
- Evaluate business requirements and objectives to determine the implementation strategy.
- Configure Zoho One applications, workflows, and Zia AI automation to align with organizational needs.
- Oversee data migration from legacy tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, NextCloud, DocuSign) using Zoho Zwitch.
- Ensure platform security, user access controls, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and provide training programs to enhance user adoption and create documentation for users.
- Monitor and manage relationships with vendors providing support during initial deployment efforts.
- Platform Operations & Support:
- Establish guidelines and settings for user access levels and application needs.
- Offer ongoing support for Zoho One users, promptly resolving issues and escalating to Zoho support when necessary.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access permissions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Zoho One, ensuring scalability as the organization grows.
- Maintain platform documentation covering workflows, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and Zoho support for advanced configurations or integrations.
- Assist in integrating Zoho One with existing systems or third-party tools as needed.

Description
We are in search of a proactive, detail-focused Zoho One System Administrator with experience in deploying and managing integrated business platforms such as Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, and others. Your role will involve coordinating the deployment of Zoho’s integrated business operations platform, leading the activation and deployment of Zoho One applications, and managing daily platform operations. You will be crucial in implementing and overseeing over 45 Zoho applications, which include Zoho CRM, customer support (Zoho Desk), marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns), financial management (Zoho Books), HR (Zoho People), and electronic signatures (Zoho Sign). This position will require project management, hands-on configuration, user support, and training, while also facilitating seamless integration and adoption across various departments.
