Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth upon their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Share information about salon services, local attractions, and amenities
- Manage appointments, modifications, and cancellations using our property management system
- Process payments, verify guest identification, and keep precise billing records
- Handle cash and credit card transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Relay guest requests and issues to housekeeping, maintenance, and management as necessary
- Respond to phone calls and emails concerning bookings, services, and general inquiries
- Maintain detailed and clear shift reports for effective handovers between staff
- Keep the front desk area tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials
- Adhere to salon policies, safety procedures, and security measures
