Requirements
Must:
- I require 1-2 years of IT support experience or formal education in computer technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as I value those who enjoy assisting others.
- A basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networks is necessary.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or resident alien, and capable of passing an enhanced background check as required by the North Carolina Alarm Board.
Responsibilities
- I need someone to provide first-level technical support for client computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 and macOS workstations.
- Supporting users with Microsoft 365 applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams will be part of your role.
- Additionally, you will assist with basic networking issues (such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) and Wi-Fi connectivity challenges.
- You will document all issues, actions, and resolutions clearly in our ticketing system and escalate more complex problems to Tier 2/3 technicians as needed.
- You will also have the opportunity to learn new systems and technologies through guided training and mentorship.
