Technical Lead/Solution Architect (PHP, AWS)

- Develop the overall solution architecture for the Data Explorer, Admin Portal, and related data infrastructure - Design modular application structures, service-layer frameworks, API specifications, and database schemas - Determine technology stacks, integration methodologies, and ensure compliance with AWS cloud standards - Produce detailed architecture and technical design documentation, including system diagrams - Guarantee that the architecture is adaptable for future datasets and scalable without the need for application modifications - Facilitate technical workshops and architecture review sessions with various stakeholders - Guide the development team on framework best practices, coding standards, and integration approaches - Assess code quality, endorse architectural choices, and troubleshoot technical challenges - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure synchronized project deliveries - Establish integration patterns for identity management, GIS, and cloud services - Define data interactions and system boundaries, and enhance database schemas, caching strategies, and query performance - Ensure consistency across environments, maintain audit trails, and manage change tracking - Define security architectures that adhere to OWASP principles and data confidentiality guidelines - Manage the DevSecOps integration strategy encompassing SAST, SCA, SBOM, and accessibility evaluations - Implement secure coding practices, encryption protocols, and secrets management procedures - Contribute to governance frameworks, standards, and architecture review initiatives
