- Spearhead the design and implementation of a law enforcement switch system for secure, real-time data transmission - Plan and oversee all phases of project execution, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment - Create .NET-based applications leveraging C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, and web services - Manage the integration of applications with law enforcement databases to ensure smooth interoperability - Supervise SQL Server development tasks, including the creation of complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data optimization efforts - Ensure that all project outputs comply with performance, security, and regulatory standards - Participate in architectural and technical design decisions for system enhancements - Establish and uphold development standards and best practices within the team - Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies; devise strategies for risk mitigation - Provide technical direction and support to development teams - Facilitate effective communication among technical teams and business stakeholders - Deliver regular status updates and reports to leadership and key stakeholders - Review project outputs for quality assurance, completeness, and requirement compliance - Support ongoing improvement efforts and undertake additional project responsibilities as necessary - Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements that align with public safety goals
