Senior UX Designer

- Grasp user needs, behaviors, and preferences to craft intuitive interactions - Outline user journeys across multiple points of contact and services - Define interaction frameworks, including gesture controls, voice commands, and touch interfaces - Organize information logically and clearly - Work collaboratively with translators and localization experts - Examine the entire ecosystem of services and stakeholders to ensure a unified experience - Incorporate accessibility and universal design principles in all design efforts - Conduct usability assessments and user experience research - Advocate for user-centered design and design superiority - Apply systems design thinking to tackle complex design issues - Design and implement OCM plans for ServiceNow modules (BCM, ITOM, ITAM, ITSM) - Partner with developers to refine UX in ServiceNow Employee Center and Service Portal - Create integrated guidance and support documentation within tools - Transform technical updates into easy-to-understand content - Lead editorial planning for release notes and newsletters - Track adoption metrics through reporting and dashboards - Identify points of friction in workflows and enhance process adherence and data quality - Develop and present training resources including guides, videos, and live coaching
