Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in .NET Core (C#)
- Extensive experience with Azure Development (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, APIM)
- Strong expertise in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries
- Experience in developing robust REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Proficient in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) is a plus
- Understanding of retail domain or POS systems is desirable
- Familiarity with Java development and tools like Maven/Spring Boot is an advantage
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and advanced tools like Postman is beneficial
- Knowledge of scripting tools like Yaml for configuration and pipelines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications utilizing .NET Core and Azure services
- Create and maintain secure, high-performing REST APIs
- Deploy solutions using key Azure Development services, such as Azure Functions and Cosmos DB
- Design effective database schemas and ensure optimal performance through advanced SQL queries
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation for efficient software deployment
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for managing application lifecycle in a cloud environment
- Engage in Agile development processes including daily standups and sprint planning
- Convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
