Requirements
Must:
- 6-8 years of experience in Software or Data Engineering with a strong focus on Python development
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), GPT-based APIs, vector databases, and fine-tuning LLMs
- In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Postgres
- Proven ability to design OLTP and OLAP systems along with documenting complex data flows
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Terraform
- Familiarity with modern AI architectures such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- Experienced in developing REST APIs using Flask
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of overall related experience
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Create and implement high-performance analytical data products utilizing streaming and batch processing methodologies
- Develop and oversee cloud infrastructure employing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring security and cost efficiency
- Construct and maintain pipelines to monitor data quality, AI model performance, latency, and drift
- Operate within an Agile framework using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and uphold code quality through CI/CD pipelines
- Enforce data governance, protection models, and lineage tracking for compliance and traceability
- Provide Tier 3 production support for AI services, ensuring operational uptime and adherence to SLAs
- Develop REST APIs utilizing Flask
