Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in automating Salesforce application UI using Copado
- Ability to lead and take ownership as the primary QA contact (previous leadership experience preferred; strong senior candidates with mentoring capabilities are encouraged to apply)
- Preferred Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket
- Experience with Provar
- Exposure to performance and security testing
Responsibilities
- Engage in the automation of Salesforce application UI using Copado
- Direct end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce updates and releases
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and ensure traceability to requirements
- Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom objects)
- Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components
- Execute API/integration testing (REST/SOAP) and cross-system data validation
- Lead defect triage and resolution tracking using JIRA/TestRail/ALM
- Support release validation and perform post-production smoke checks
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and assist in release planning
- Design and uphold automation frameworks using Copado (preferred), Selenium/Provar/TestNG as needed
- Automate Salesforce Lightning regression test suites
- Incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and report automation coverage and quality metrics
