Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business setting (relevant internships may apply)
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Constant Contact)
- Practical experience with SFMC through training, coursework, or hands-on involvement
- Proficient with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Capability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, ROI)
- Experience with A/B testing for digital campaigns or landing pages
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skill in collaborating with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Excellent organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist in the migration of the Marketing Portal to Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the IT department
- Evaluate current marketing technology functionalities, audience segments, and performance data from legacy systems
- Conduct current-state analysis, including a catalog of campaigns, audience segments, templates, workflows, and integrations
- Maintain well-organized documentation in a systems library accessible to stakeholders and project teams
- Facilitate data mapping between legacy systems and Salesforce Marketing Cloud elements
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and establish reporting standards for post-migration evaluation
- Create reports, presentations, and briefing materials for IT leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items in partnership with the PMO
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scripts, issue tracking, and resolution coordination
- Assist with change management and readiness for end-users, including documentation and training support
- Work alongside marketing and outreach teams to gather workflows, requirements, and challenges
- Comply with security, privacy, and project management policies, particularly regarding PII and HIPAA-related data
- Be flexible to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours if necessary
