Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Over eight years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Financial Cloud and CX Cloud
- Recent experience in delivering solutions using Lightning Web Components
- Proven capability in designing scalable enterprise solutions
- Experience performing code reviews and providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- Solid background in integrating Salesforce with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Twilio, or similar technologies
- Experience managing CI/CD based deployments using tools like Copado or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, application lifecycle management, and enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Capacity to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and design scalable Salesforce solutions to address complex functional and technical challenges
- Lead the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies
- Implement and maintain secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs and middleware tools
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, layouts, and configurations in alignment with evolving business processes
- Ensure solution quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and structured deployment practices
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing design, development, and configuration decisions
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and deliver impactful solutions
- Offer ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization for Salesforce applications in production
