SAP S/4HANA OTC lead

- Lead the complete OTC design encompassing order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and customer support processes - Formulate and uphold standardized sales processes, adapting them for approved regional variations - Establish and track OTC KPIs like order cycle time, billing precision, and dispute resolution timelines - Direct solution design for sales documents, pricing standards, billing mechanisms, and credit/debit transactions - Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain adherence to revenue recognition, tax compliance, and fiscal standards - Draft and evaluate functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and output requirements - Coordinate with various cross-functional teams, including Finance and customer data governance, as well as manage portal integrations - Validate comprehensive system integrations (EDI, middleware, tax engines, payments) - Define reporting prerequisites and ensure necessary controls, audit trails, and approval functions are established - Partner with security teams regarding role design and duties segregation - Spearhead UAT strategy, execution, and resolution of defects related to OTC procedures - Manage data readiness efforts including customer master data, pricing conditions, and transactional data migration - Design and implement cutover activities, supporting preparations for the go-live phase - Lead hypercare activities post-launch to ensure stabilization of OTC functions - Facilitate change management by assessing training materials and promoting user adoption - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for OTC design choices while managing stakeholder communication, risks, and dependencies
